Recharge Method

My Signature Method: 50 minute class: Begins with a moving meditation, followed by dance cardio sculpt, and ends with a dance party.

Meditations ranging from 5 to 30 minutes including breathwork + walking meditations. Slow stretch classes to help your body recover

We take our women's wellness events to cities all over the country. The goal is to connect, make new friends, and recharge. We host 4 weekend retreats every year. Think elevated girls trip while incorporating wellness routines, featuring goodie bags from our favorite brands.

Originally from Chicago, I am an LA based wellness leader. I am the creator of Recharge Wellness and The Recharge Method. I have been teaching group fitness in multiple modalities for 12 years until creating my signature method The Recharge Method: blending meditation, movement, and dance cardio sculpt in 2018. My goal is to make movement as fun as possible, to give you a chance to release stagnant energy, and to leave you feeling recharged.

My love of connection and community formed Recharge Wellness events + retreats over 7 years ago where we host monthly events in multiple cities and quarterly weekend retreats all over the country. These events and retreats are compared to an elevated girls trip and I promise if you are looking to make like minded friendships, this is the place for you. 

My belief is that wellness is mind  body and spirit. It’s the simple daily practices that make you feel your best. My mission is to help you find your wellness routine.
