My Signature Method: 50 minute class: Begins with a moving meditation, followed by dance cardio sculpt, and ends with a dance party.

45 minute recharge class: Begins with a moving meditation, followed by low impact sculpt.

I have been teaching group fitness in multiple modalities for 12 years until creating my signature method The Recharge Method: blending meditation, movement, and dance cardio sculpt in 2018. My goal is to make movement as fun as possible, to give you a chance to release stagnant energy, and to leave you feeling recharged.
My love of connection and community formed Recharge Wellness events + retreats over 7 years ago where we host monthly events in multiple cities and quarterly weekend retreats all over the country. These events and retreats are compared to an elevated girls trip and I promise if you are looking to make like minded friendships, this is the place for you.
My belief is that wellness is mind body and spirit. It’s the simple daily practices that make you feel your best. My mission is to help you find your wellness routine.

Rachel McClusky, originally from Chicago, is an LA based fitness instructor and founder of Recharge Wellness Co.
